I will help you achieve your goals with ongoing motivation and support even on the days I’m not training with you. I will provide you with specific targets in order to help achieve your goals and make each Personal Training session varied and fun.
I will also look at your nutrition throughout your programme and give you plenty of healthy tips.
Nutritional consultations and personal training are also offered independently of each other if required.
All consultations and training sessions take place at your home, at an outdoor location or in my studio at Redhill.
